Futsal is a Five-A-Side game played on a slightly larger basketball court with a size four ball for reduced bounce. Players are constantly placed in situations where they must receive or play whilst under pressure or in confined spaces. It places considerable demand on technique, movement, tactical awareness and fitness.

During the sessions the players will use all the surfaces of the foot like …the bottom of the foot for: Receiving, Passing and Fancy skills.The player have the ball at their feet for 80% of the session, and the coaches encourage and applaud creativity and individuality.
